About My Poetry

My Story

My name is Joshua Muñoz.

A spaced out astronaut who paints infinity with poetry.

My work is a combination of my earliest passions for consuming saturated stories with portals to other worlds, my fascination for space and the universe, and my unquenching exploration of myself, love, and reality.

I’ve written for over twenty years, steadily and thoughtfully creating a worthy experience to share with you and the world as we spiral together through infinity. 🪐🌍

I’ve grown a lot as a human and artist the last two decades, a progression I think is visible in my culminating work.

I’m recently, slowly, coming out of a deep tunnel of depression, anxiety, and trauma that’s hiddenly consumed much of my existence after childhood.

In an epic miracle, the masked astronaut and black hole reflection gained his growing love, for his darkness and light, and that of FIANCÉ, Lover Girl in Space, The Sun Queen, Diosa de Los Duraznos, mi sol y mar, Marisol. 💍☀️

Thank you to Marisol, my family, and my friends for being so patient and encouraging with me.

There are so many brilliant writers and humans out there, thank you for making me believe I was one before I did.

My Future

Until my time’s up, I write to the readers of infinity and the never ending future and past to come. I want to show the world how extravagantly, impossibly miraculous every nanosecond of their existence is. I want humanity to taste love. Love for their monster and love for their heavenly. Love for everything. I will paint my colors inside the brain and eternal soul. Can you see them? I feel forever flowing. Let’s keep swimming.
